Tessera advises clients on the structure and organisation of their corporate and marketing communications functions and on the identification and assessment of skilled people within that function.

Our approach is to align people resources with communications goals. This process may require a comprehensive communications audit, or in depth interviews with a smaller group of management. Corporate objectives are assessed against existing management competencies and resources available.


With the aid of third party benchmarking, we use our research to propose an optimum organisational structure and develop individual job frameworks. We can then assess the roles best suited for existing staff and develop and execute a detailed search plan if new resources are called for.

Tessera will also undertake independent reviews of external public relations firms and advertising agencies, and recommend how these resources could be better utilised. We will also partner our clients in briefing and analysing pitches from agencies or consultants.
